Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 2 to 5 business days depending on the destination. These times are estimates and may be extended during peak periods or in the event of customs clearance delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package at any time at FedEx.com.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your address before confirming your order. An incomplete or incorrect address may result in the package being returned to the sender, and re-shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package has not arrived after the maximum delivery time, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at customercare@us-jacquemus.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and offer you a replacement or a refund.
